They will forward your calls. My dad is an older man and cannot set appointments, so I had to call them get prices then call my dad let him know, then I told the woman I was going to call back and now all they do is forward my calls. VERY unprofessional!

Good customer service, came to my work. Had appointments in half the time of Safelite and for over $100 less. Very satisfied.
